Set on a generous 900sqm site with approximately 25 metres of street frontage, this boutique multi-residential development has been carefully planned to deliver 16 well-considered apartments, including two penthouse residences with direct access to the rooftop and expansive views.

The design philosophy is grounded in clarity, efficiency and long-term value. The building form responds to the site orientation, natural light and outlook, while maintaining a simple and rational planning approach. Rather than overcomplicating the layout, the design uses a considered balance of symmetry and subtle asymmetry to create visual interest, improve apartment amenity and support efficient construction.

Working closely with the client and project manager, the design was developed with both market appeal and commercial practicality in mind. Repetition, economy of scale and efficient apartment planning were carefully considered to create a development that is attractive, buildable and cost-conscious, without compromising the quality of the architectural outcome.
